3:00 pm at the Golf Course Club House
The Town of CV Golf Course Greens Committee will meet at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, August 24th at the Golf Course Clubhouse to review and discuss the latest concept plan for a project to build a Par 3 Golf Course adjacent to the (town-owned) Sugarloaf Golf Course. The concept plan calls for Sugarloaf to donate the land and operate the course and for the Town to own and pay for the construction of the course. The “bigger financial plan” is that new property taxes related to Sugarloaf’s West Mountain development project will substantially more than offset the Town’s debt service for the construction of the course.
