NorthStar Emergency Medical Services

NorthStar is a full service, regional emergency ambulance transport service in Northwestern Maine. We are proud of our leadership in the state and our association with Franklin Memorial Hospital.

Situated among the beautiful western Maine mountains, NorthStar is dispatched out of five base locations strategically positioned throughout the region. NorthStar responds to over 5,500 calls a year ranging from medical emergencies to auto accidents, from snowmobile to ATV rescues, from nursing home transfers to boating accidents. NorthStar's extensive community service activities round out the professionalism of its service and its staff.

Carrabassett Valley Recreation Department- Scholarship Application

Dog Registration Reminder: 3/31/2008 is the last day to pay your dog registration fees with a $15.00 late fee. After April 1, 2008 there will be a fine of $25.00. After July 1st a summons to appear in court will be filed. Fees: $11.00 for an unaltered dog, $6.00 for a spayed/nuetered dog.

Reminder for Tax Payments:If you have not paid your 2007 taxes, please call for a correct interest amount. 30-day notices were filed on 3/3/08, and liens will be placed on any unpaid accounts on April 9, 2008.
