SPECIAL ACTIVITIES
Public Trampoline:
Experience Anti-Gravity for yourself! Sessions may involve learning basic or advanced maneuvers, and accommodate up to 10 participants per hour. Starting Friday November 25th public hours are available on Fridays from 6pm to 8pm and Saturdays from 5pm – 8pm. Reservations are a must! Private hourly rentals are also available for $50 an hour, which includes both trampolines, and up to 10 participants. Please allow 2 days notice, so an instructor can be notified, and scheduled. We ask that you do not wear denim, (jeans) or any type of abrasive clothing that may be harmful to the trampolines. Call 207-237-5566 for more information.
Climbing Wall:
Public hours for the climbing wall include Fridays from 6pm-8pm and Saturday's from 5pm-8pm, starting on Friday November 25th. Hourly private climbs are also available for $50 an hour, which will include 1 instructor per 6 climbers and the wall to yourself for an entire hour. Please provide a 2 day notice so that we can schedule an instructor. Call 207-237-5566 for more information.
Skateboard Lessons:
Children 14 and under have the opportunity to learn basic
skateboarding techniques in our indoor
skate park. Please call the AGC to schedule a lesson. (Participants must
provide their own skateboard; helmets are available to rent for ($4) each

Fitness Classes:
The AGC is currently offering a variety of fitness classes: Stacey Keene offers Pilates, Body Flow Yoga, and a Functional Fitness Class. Sherri Tripp offers Yoga. A Shape up Class and a Spin/Cycle Core Class . Barry Tripp offers a morning Cross Fit class and Theresa Nielsen offers an evening Adult Trampoline Class.
Co-Ed Volleyball:
(ages 17 and up) is offered at 6:30 pm Thursday evenigs nstarting on November 10th of non-vacation weeks. Please come prepared with a change of proper footwear to play.
Personal Fitness Training: is also
available upon request.

information. Any unpaid tax amounts will appear in the 2011 Town Report if not received by December 31st. Carriage Road - Carriage Road is CLOSED for the 2011/2012 winter season. There will be tree harvesting activity on the Carriage Road, and we will see significant use by heavy large trucks. Carriage Road is NOT SAFE to use for individual traffic!!!
